The challenge

Fresh had a strong product and a clear customer need high-protein meals that save time and remove the mental load of planning.

The real challenge was turning interest into action consistently:

  • People needed to understand the offer fast

  • The journey had to feel simple on mobile

  • Leads needed quick answers (delivery, options, goals)

  • Follow-up had to be friendly, fast and personal

  • The strategy needed a local-first focus to maximise efficiency and retention


The goal

Build a campaign that consistently generates:

  • Qualified local leads

  • New customers week by week

  • A smoother experience that reduces “drop off” between click → decision → order


What we built (the full funnel)

1) A high-converting landing page

We designed a landing page to do three jobs quickly:

  • Hook: who it’s for + what problem it solves

  • Trust: why this is the easiest path to high-protein nutrition

  • Action: clear calls-to-action with a smooth, low-friction flow

The priority was speed and clarity less waffle more confidence.


2) Targeted Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

Next, we launched Meta campaigns built to stop the scroll and drive the right traffic:

  • Clean, punchy creatives built for mobile attention

  • Copy that sells the feeling (less stress, more structure, more energy)

  • A local targeting approach to keep lead quality strong and fulfilment efficient

This local-first focus helps reduce wasted spend and improves the chance of repeat customers.


3) AI chat funnel (to guide and reassure)

To reduce friction and handle common “pre-order” questions, we built an AI chat funnel that guides people naturally through:

  • “How does it work?”

  • “Is this right for my goal?”

  • “What meals do I get?”

  • “How delivery works”

  • “I’m new to meal prep — where do I start?”

Instead of leaving people to bounce, the chat helps them move forward with confidence.


4) Tailored SMS follow-ups (to keep leads warm)

Most leads don’t need more pressure — they need a timely nudge and a clear next step.

We built personalised SMS follow-ups to:

  • reconnect fast while intent is high

  • keep the tone human (not spammy)

  • guide the next action (view options / order / ask a question)

Speed + clarity = conversions.
